Small, friendly B and B well located for all your needs. Short walk to railway station, cinema, shops, pubs, Butlins and seafront. Our modern contemporary rooms all have en-suite shower rooms (900mm x 900mm), freeview TV, tea-making facilities, hair dryer, iron board (if required), continental style breakfast included in the rate, 3 on-site parking spaces and unrestricted parking along the road. We are located just above the town centre, an easy 10-15 minute stroll will take you past the train station (London Victoria line) through the town and down to the sea front. If you are staying a few days, by car there's lots of interesting places to visit, plenty of things to do.We do not allow smoking on the premises but we do have a back patio that smokers can use. In consideration to other guests and their possible allergies we are unable to allow pets. Children aged from 12 years are welcome. We have three off road parking spaces and there is enough un-restricted parking along the road.Please note we do not take children under the age of 12

Directions

The A259 and the A29 roads enter Bognor Regis at the last big square-about. From the A259, take the 4th exit into Victoria Drive. You will find the Crazy Gull B and B about 100 yards along the road on your left. By train, exit the station onto Longford Road. At the traffic lights, cross over into Linden Road, walking up away from the town. After a few minutes you will reach a mini round-about, turn right (3rd exit) into Victoria Drive. The Crazy Gull B and B will be found about 100 yards along on your right.
